The system
Four stages. Zero guesswork.
The same system, every time, adapted to your data. It starts with an audit and ends with repeat revenue that compounds without you touching it.
Stage 01 · Audit
Find the leak
Every plan starts with the Profit-Leak Audit. I pull twelve months of order data and work out your blended CAC, your paid CAC by channel, and your LTV curves by cohort.
Then I map where revenue quits. Maybe buyers never get a reason to come back. Maybe your winback fires too late. Maybe subscriptions churn at a cliff nobody noticed. The audit names the leak and prices it.
Stage 02 · Build
Design the machine
With the leak named, I design the retention system around your actual data. Welcome, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, VIP. Each flow gets triggers wired to real behavior, offers with margin guardrails, and copy in your voice.
Nothing comes off a template. A supplement brand with a 45 day usage cycle gets a different machine than an apparel brand with seasonal drops.
Stage 03 · Automate
Let agents run it
Flows handle the predictable. AI agents handle the rest: a churn-save agent that intercepts cancellations with the right offer, a support agent that resolves where-is-my-order tickets before they become refunds, segment upkeep that never goes stale.
The system runs around the clock and it does not forget. Anything sensitive keeps a human in the loop.
Stage 04 · Compound
Stack repeat revenue
This is where the model pays off. Every month I read the cohort data, kill what underperforms, and double down on what works. Repeat share climbs. CAC payback shortens. Every new cohort is worth more than the last.
The goal is simple: paid ads become a growth choice, not life support.
Stage one is free. Start there.
The Profit-Leak Audit is the first stage of the system, and it costs nothing. If the numbers do not justify the rest, we will tell you.
