AI systems that keep a dental schedule full and confirmed
Appointments booked, confirmed and reminded, recalls and follow-ups sent, inside the practice management system and phones you already run.

A full book depends on reminders, recalls and quick refills when someone cancels. The front desk sends them between check-ins, so some go out late and some not at all. Overdue hygiene recalls pile up in a report nobody has time to work through. Every confirmation that is not sent is a chair that may sit empty.

How it fits what you already run
We work with the practice management system, phone system and messaging your practice already uses. Scheduling rules, provider columns and appointment types stay yours; the system fills them in and keeps them confirmed.
Works with tools such as
- Twilio
- Google Calendar
- Outlook
What stays with your people
- Every clinical question and every treatment decision.
- Any patient who asks for a person, and anything about pain or an emergency.
- Payment arrangements and insurance questions beyond what your office has approved.
Your obligations, handled in the open
How we work, not legal advice- 01
Health information
Dental records are health records. Health privacy law sets rules on who may see them and where they may be kept. We process patient information only where you approve, keep it only as long as agreed, and never use it to train models for anyone else.
- 02
Consent to contact
Reminders and recalls go only to patients who have agreed to receive them, through the channels they chose, with a clear way to stop. Every message is logged.
- 03
Custodianship
Your practice is the custodian of its records. Every automated action is logged with the input it used, and access uses a dedicated account with the least permission needed. This is how we work, not legal advice. Your organisation and your counsel decide how your obligations apply.
What we do not do
- Give dental or medical advice.
- Send messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
- Change a clinical record or a treatment plan.
- Replace your practice management system.
Questions we are asked
Our practice software sends reminders already. What is different?
Keep what works. We build what it does not do: refilling cancellations from your list, working the overdue recall report, and handling the replies.
Can patients book online?
Through whatever your practice already offers. The system works the requests that arrive by phone and message, and keeps the schedule confirmed.
Where is patient data processed?
Where you approve. You get a data map before anything is built, and Canadian hosting is available.
What if a patient replies with a question?
Simple scheduling questions are answered. Anything clinical, or anything the system is unsure about, goes to your front desk with the thread attached.
Tell us about one workflow that eats your team’s week.
Fifteen minutes on a call. We ask about the work, and we tell you plainly whether a system fits.
