AI systems that keep an advisory practice’s paperwork in order
Answers from your own policies, forms checked before they are signed, approvals routed and client records kept clean, inside the systems your practice already runs.

- Beneficiary date of birth
- Disclosure
- Attached and dated
A good part of the week goes to paper that has nothing to do with advice. New account forms come back incomplete and go around again. Compliance questions interrupt whoever knows the manual best. Approvals sit in an inbox. Client records drift across the CRM, the custodian portal and the planning tool until a review finds the gap.

How it fits what you already run
We work with the CRM, planning software, document storage and email your practice already uses, and with the portals your custodians and dealers provide where they allow it. Nothing is added that your staff must learn as a new application.
Works with tools such as
- Salesforce
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
What stays with your people
- All advice, every recommendation and every trade.
- The signature on every form, and anything sent to a client, a dealer or a regulator.
- Every compliance decision; the system cites the manual, a person applies it.
Your obligations, handled in the open
How we work, not legal advice- 01
Client confidentiality
The information an advisory practice holds is among the most sensitive a client has: identification, income, holdings and family details. We process it only where you approve, keep it only as long as agreed, and never use it to train models for anyone else.
- 02
Regulatory supervision
Your dealer, your regulator and your professional body set rules on record keeping, suitability and the supervision of work. We document how each system works and how it was tested, so your compliance officer can review it, and every automated action is logged with the input it used.
- 03
Privacy
Private-sector privacy law may require you to tell clients when a service provider outside the country handles their information. We map where every piece of data goes so you can answer that question. This is how we work, not legal or compliance advice. Your organisation and your counsel decide how your obligations apply.
What we do not do
- Give investment, insurance or financial advice, to anyone.
- Place a trade, move money or release a document without a person’s sign-off.
- Make calls to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
- Replace your CRM, your planning software or your dealer’s systems.
Questions we are asked
Will our compliance officer accept this?
You get the documentation to review before anything is built: what the system does, what it does not do, where data goes and how it was tested. A sensible first step is an internal tool, such as the manual lookup, before anything touches client records.
Where is client data processed?
Where you approve. You get a data map before we build, and Canadian hosting is available.
Does it connect to our custodian or dealer platform?
Only where the platform allows it, and only with your approval. We confirm what is possible before we quote a build.
What if the manual does not answer the question?
It says so. The system quotes your documents or it tells you there is no answer in them. It does not guess.
Tell us about one workflow that eats your team’s week.
Fifteen minutes on a call. We ask about the work, and we tell you plainly whether a system fits.
