Terms of use

The terms for using this website. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Last updated October 6, 2026

This page is a draft. It is being reviewed before launch.

The agreement

These terms apply to your use of the webridgeAI website. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by webridgeAI, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes what we build and how we work, publishes research and guides, and lets you book a call or send an inquiry. Everything on it is general information. It is not legal, insurance, medical, financial or professional advice, and it is not advice about your situation.

Engagements

Booking a call or sending an inquiry does not create an engagement. Work we do for a client is governed by a written agreement for that engagement, which sets out the scope, the price, the data handling and the ownership of what is built. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Research, guides and the assistant

Research and guides are published with their limits stated. They describe what we measured or observed, not what will happen in your business. Check anything you rely on against your own files and your own obligations.

Where the site assistant is enabled, its answers are generated by a model and may be wrong or incomplete. It gives general information about webridgeAI and does not give advice. Do not put client information into it.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not:

  • Copy or republish the site or its content as your own.
  • Send through the forms or the assistant anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or content that belongs to someone else without permission.
  • Attempt to probe, overload, scrape or interfere with the site, the forms or the assistant.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited messages.

Ownership

The text, drawings, code and the webridgeAI name and wordmark on the site belong to us or are used with permission. Papers and guides may be quoted with attribution and a link. Nothing on the site grants a licence beyond that.

Third-party services

Booking runs through Cal.com and calls take place on Google Meet. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Links to other sites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties, limits on liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is always available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about the site are heard by the courts of Alberta.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and we put the date at the top. Questions about them go to info@webridgeai.com.
