Local services by appointment
AI systems that keep a salon or studio booked
Questions answered where clients already message you, and appointments and classes booked, confirmed and refilled, inside the booking software you already run.
Hi! Do you have anything for a cut and colour this Saturday afternoon?
Saturday at 2:30 is open for a cut and colour. Want me to hold it for you?
Clients message on three apps and expect an answer between appointments. Someone is always asking about prices, hours, a service or whether there is a spot tomorrow. Cancellations leave gaps, the waitlist is a mental note, and reminders go out when there is time, which is not always.

Gaps refilled from the waitlist

How it fits what you already run
We work with the booking software, point of sale, messaging channels and website your business already uses. Your menu, providers and class schedule stay as you set them; the system answers and books within them.
Works with tools such as
- Twilio
- Google Calendar
- Cal.com
- Gmail
What stays with your people
- Any advice about a treatment, a product or a client’s health.
- Complaints, refunds and anything about a client’s account.
- Any client who asks for a person.
Your obligations, handled in the open
How we work, not legal advice- 01
Client information
Contact details, booking history and any notes about health or preferences are personal information under privacy law. We process them only where you approve, keep them only as long as agreed, and never use them to train models for anyone else.
- 02
Consent to contact
Confirmations, reminders and waitlist offers go only to clients who have agreed to receive them, through the channels they chose, with a clear way to stop.
- 03
Payment
The system never takes card details. Deposits and payments follow the process your booking software or point of sale already provides. This is how we work, not legal advice. Your organisation and your counsel decide how your obligations apply.
What we do not do
- Give advice about a treatment, a product or health.
- Send messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
- Take card details or process a payment.
- Replace your booking software or point of sale.
Questions we are asked
Our booking app already has online booking. What is different?
Keep it. We build what it does not do: answering the questions that arrive by message, working the waitlist, and handling the replies to reminders.
Will clients know they are talking to a system?
Yes. It says so, and it hands over to a person as soon as a question goes beyond what you have approved it to answer.
Can it handle more than one location?
Yes, by the rules you set for each location, provider and service.
Where is client data processed?
Where you approve. You get a data map before anything is built, and Canadian hosting is available.
Tell us about one workflow that eats your team’s week.
Fifteen minutes on a call. We ask about the work, and we tell you plainly whether a system fits.
