Local services by appointment
AI systems that answer the phone and fill the schedule for a trades business
Calls answered while your crew is on a job, jobs booked and dispatched to the right person, inside the field service software and phones you already run.
- 08:00Water heater, NWCrew A
- 10:30Furnace service, SECrew B
- 12:15No hot water, call-inBooked, Crew A
- 15:00Estimate visit, NEOwner
The phone rings while you are under a sink or on a roof. Miss it and the caller tries the next company. Jobs get booked on a notepad and typed in later, the schedule changes three times before lunch, and the office spends the afternoon calling customers to confirm windows and crews to tell them where to go next.

How it fits what you already run
We work with the field service or job management software, phone system and messaging your business already uses. Your service areas, crews and job types stay as you set them; the system books and dispatches within them.
Works with tools such as
- Twilio
- Google Calendar
- Cal.com
- Gmail
What stays with your people
- Every quote, every price and every scope decision.
- Any emergency, and any call where the caller asks for a person.
- The final say on who goes where, whenever you want it.
Your obligations, handled in the open
How we work, not legal advice- 01
Customer information
Addresses, access instructions and payment details are personal information under privacy law. We process them only where you approve, keep them only as long as agreed, and never use them to train models for anyone else. The system never takes card numbers.
- 02
Consent to contact
Confirmations and reminders go only to customers who have agreed to receive them, with a clear way to stop. Every message is logged.
- 03
Call recording
Callers hear that they have reached an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded, in the words you approve. This is how we work, not legal advice. Your organisation and your counsel decide how your obligations apply.
What we do not do
- Quote a price or promise a scope of work.
- Make calls to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
- Take payment or card details over the phone.
- Replace your field service software.
Questions we are asked
Will customers hang up on a system?
It answers at once, speaks plainly, takes the job and offers a person for anything it cannot handle. You can listen to every call.
Can it handle emergencies?
An emergency is passed to you at once by the path you set. The system does not decide what counts; your rules do.
We use a paper schedule. Can it still work?
The system needs a schedule it can read and write. We help you pick one, or build on the software you already pay for.
Where is customer data processed?
Where you approve. You get a data map before anything is built, and Canadian hosting is available.
Tell us about one workflow that eats your team’s week.
Fifteen minutes on a call. We ask about the work, and we tell you plainly whether a system fits.
