Why contract with us?
- 01
Real systems
What you build answers real calls and reads real files for a business. It is tested on that work before it goes live.
- 02
Pay in the open
Every role names its range in Canadian dollars an hour, before you apply.
- 03
Your own practice
You are an independent contractor: your tools, your method, and free to work for others.
The contract
- A written scope before any work starts
- An hourly rate, agreed before you start
- One project at a time, with no promise of more
- Free to work for others
The work
- Your own tools and your own method
- Mostly remote, in Calgary when the work needs it
- Inside the client’s own accounts, with the least access the task needs
- Under a confidentiality agreement
How wework
- 01
Measure before automating
We time the work as it runs today before anything is built.
- 02
Prove it on real work
A system sits a test on the client’s own calls or files, and goes live only if it passes.
- 03
A person stays in the loop
A system does a kind of work alone only after it has passed the test for it. Everything else goes to a person.
- 04
The client owns it
The code, the configuration and the runbook belong to the client, so you write them to be handed over.
- 05
Honest about limits
If a workflow is not worth automating, we say so. A miss is reported, not explained away.
The work we contract for
An open pool, not a list of vacancies. We bring contractors in as projects need them, so there may be no project on the day you apply.

Hybrid means mostly remote, and in Calgary when the work needs it. Ranges are Canadian dollars an hour, worked out from 2026 Calgary salary guides and wage surveys. Where you land in a range depends on your experience.
From application to first project
- 01
Apply
Four short steps and a résumé. About ten minutes.
- 02
A person reads it
No software screens or scores applications. A person reads each one.
- 03
A conversation
If a project fits, we talk: the work, how you would go about it, and your rate.
- 04
A first project
A small, scoped piece of real work on a written contract, at your rate.
