System connectors
The tools you already use pass information between them, through connections your IT provider approved.
The connective work behind every system: reading from and writing to your software, email, phone system and file stores. Each connection uses a dedicated account with the minimum access, and every failure is seen.
No list price. It starts with a diagnostic at a fixed fee, and the build is quoted after it.
How it works
The pipeline, step by step.
- 01
The systems are mapped
Which software holds which record, and which direction the information needs to move.
- 02
The method is agreed
An API, a scheduled import or an approved automation, confirmed with your IT provider or the vendor.
- 03
Access is set up
A dedicated service account for each connection, with the minimum permissions and no shared passwords.
- 04
The connection is built
With retries, error handling and a record of every read and write.
- 05
It is tested on your data
Against a copy of your records, with the results checked by you.
- 06
It is monitored
Failures, slow responses and unexpected changes raise an alert.
- 07
It is documented
For your IT provider: what connects to what, how, and with which account.
Connects to tools such as
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- QuickBooks
- Shopify
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Twilio
- n8n
These are examples. We confirm the method for each of your tools before we build.
Where a person approves
The points where the system stops and waits for a person.
- Your IT provider or the vendor approves the integration method before anything is built.
- You decide which fields may be written and which are read only.
- Any change to access or scope is agreed in writing first.
How it is measured
Named measures, scored on your own files before launch and after every change.
- Sync accuracy: records compared across systems on a schedule, with mismatches listed.
- Reliability: failed reads and writes, retries and recovery, tracked per connection.
- Freshness: how long information takes to arrive, against the target you set.
How it is run
After launch: monitoring, updates and what you own.
- Monitoring on every connection: failures and mismatches raise an alert before they spread.
- Changes are tested against a copy of your data before release.
- Handover: a runbook, a data map showing every connection and account, and code owned by the business.
What it will not do
Limits we set on purpose.
- It does not use shared passwords or a person’s own login.
- It does not automate a system in a way its vendor or your IT provider has not approved.
- It does not move data anywhere outside the map you signed.

Questions
Which software can it connect?
Most business software offers an API or a scheduled export. We confirm the method for each of yours before we build, and tell you if one cannot be connected safely.
Who approves access?
Your IT provider or the vendor. We set up dedicated accounts with the minimum permissions and document every one.
What happens when a connection fails?
It retries, then raises an alert. Nothing is written in part; the record is kept for a person to check.
Do we own the connections?
Yes. The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours from day one. We run them while we are engaged, and remove our own access when we are not.
