AI systems that answer and follow up for a real estate team
Inquiries answered where buyers and sellers already write to you, and follow-up sent and tracked, inside the CRM, email and messaging your team already uses.
Is the house on Elm Street still available, and is there parking?
Yes, it is listed and shows by appointment. There is a detached double garage. Would you like a showing this week?
Leads write at all hours and expect an answer in minutes. Showings need confirming, feedback needs collecting, and every active client needs a check-in that nobody has time to send. Agents spend evenings replying to the same five questions and chasing people who went quiet. The CRM shows who was contacted only if someone remembered to log it.

How it fits what you already run
We work with the CRM, email, messaging channels and showing tools your team already uses. Answers come from your listings and your approved information, and every conversation is logged against the contact.
Works with tools such as
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Gmail
- Twilio
- Google Calendar
What stays with your people
- Every negotiation, every offer and every price conversation.
- Advice about a property, a contract or a market.
- Any message to someone who has not agreed to receive it.
Your obligations, handled in the open
How we work, not legal advice- 01
Licensing and advertising
Real estate regulators set rules on who may give advice, how listings are described and how a licensee is identified. Every answer is drawn from your approved listing information, identifies itself as automated, and anything beyond facts about a listing goes to an agent.
- 02
Consent and contact
Anti-spam and privacy law govern who you may message and how they may opt out. Follow-up goes only to people who have agreed to hear from you, carries a clear way to stop, and is logged.
- 03
Client information
Buyers and sellers share financial details and personal circumstances. We process them only where you approve, keep them only as long as agreed, and never use them to train models for anyone else. This is how we work, not legal advice. Your organisation and your counsel decide how your obligations apply.
What we do not do
- Give advice about a property, a price or a contract.
- Send messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
- Write or send an offer, or sign anything.
- Replace your CRM or your brokerage’s systems.
Questions we are asked
Will people know they are talking to a system?
Yes. It says so, and it hands over to an agent as soon as a question goes beyond facts about a listing.
Can it book showings?
It can confirm and remind for showings your team schedules, and collect feedback afterward. The booking itself follows whatever process your brokerage uses.
What about leads at midnight?
They get an answer, a record in the CRM and a hand-off to the right agent in the morning, or at once if you set it that way.
Where is client data processed?
Where you approve. You get a data map before anything is built, and Canadian hosting is available.
Tell us about one workflow that eats your team’s week.
Fifteen minutes on a call. We ask about the work, and we tell you plainly whether a system fits.
